Dutch edition of a self published book on desserts and cakes by a duo of friends (authors Liesbeth Geerinck and Bie Deckmyn). Illustrated throughout with drawings, even the page edges are adorned with little drawings of fruits or animals, the book contains 40 recipes of mostly (local) classics. All text in facsimile handwriting. A French edition was also printed, but is equally hard to find.
Rare institutionally. A Dutch edition is held by Harvard Library, Koninklijke Bibliotheek Den Haag and the (KBR) Royal Library of Belgium.
