The Anthony Caro Catalogue Raisonné, assembled by Dieter Blume. A monster of a project, with most volumes having an introductory text explaining the structure and reasoning behind this Catalogue Raisonné.
A scarce set. The first four or five volumes can be found, but the later volumes are hard to locate. This set in the Lund Humphries slipcases is especially hard to locate. I can only trace one example having been sold by a Japanese dealer, proving that at least the slipcases are not custom made. A total of fifteen volumes have been published, but none of those sets are available.
The first six volumes published by Galerie Wentzel Köln, Vol. VIII published by Acquavella Contemporary Art New York, Vol. VII and IX published by Galerie Wentzel, Annely Juda Fine Art London, André Emmerich Gallery New York; the slipcases also show Lund Humphries as publisher although they are not mentioned in the books.

Slipcase with some some wear, one of them with a few stains to the bottom. A fez threads loose, one of the sides should be glued again. All volumes in good condition, with a few hairline reading traces and some shelf wear.
