This project, which was proposed to us by Dawoud Bey and centers around his work, involved the collaboration of radio producers Dan Collison and Elisabeth Meister and an extraordinary group of high school students frpù Kenwood Academy High School, South Shore High school and the University of Chicago Laboratory School. It as perhaps the most complex and challenging project we have ever undertaken, for reasons that unfold in the texts that follow, and the results were enormously rewarding.

The result of a residency by Dawoud Bey, who took a portrait of each the 12 participants shown together with a photograph chosen by the student and a text. With a tipped in CD with audio portraits of the participants.

Black cover somewhat rubbed and with some scratches. CD looks unplayed.
