First edition of a posthumously published classic by Fernand Point. Published in 1969 by flammarion, the book contains around 200 recipes based on handwritten notes of the famous chef. With nine compositions by Dunoyer De Segonzac, but very few illustrations of recipes.  This first edition signed but not dated by Marie Louise Point, who ran the restaurant after Fernand Point passed away. A good copy with some foxing to the ends and minor wear to the cloth.
