A pamphlet published as a reaction to the exhibition  “American Art in Belgium” organized by the Palais des Beaux-Arts (from May 25 to August 28, 1977) in Brussels. The exhibition was supported by the United States Embassy in Brussels, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the two Ministries of Cultural Affairs and held under the auspices of the Belgo-American Association and showed the numerous works of art by American artists in private Belgian collections made between 1945 and 1975. This pamphlet or  rather tract was signed by international artists from the Art and Language group, American artists like Keith Sonnier Sol Lewitt,  Dan Graham and Joseph Kosuth and artists from Belgium.

Lotte Boogh Mees, the wife of artist Guy Mees, was the editor responsible.  Full list or artist who signed the pamphlet:
