This prestigious compendium on the signification of logos and corporate identities presents texts pictures and works of the most important graphic designers in the whole world, also a review of the first Flanders World Logo Design Biennial in Ostend (Belgium) with a visual presentation of the several design exhibitions, the Euro-Design Award and the international design Colloquium. Design and concept by Paul Ibou who wrote that text, I call it Ibou international English.
Ibou was a great promoter of Belgian graphic design, next to his own prolific career and with the ever present Liliane Staal they turned to publishing. This book was priced at 95 US dollars of 3000 BF, so it wasn’t exactly a book for the masses.
