Curated by Germano Celant in dialogue with Thomas Demand and Rem Koolhaas, this catalogue of over 700 pages with essays by academics, artists and curators has all the information for those who missed (me) the 1969 and the 2013 remaking (me again). With 366 pages printed on a black background on the original Bern exhibition by Harald Szeemann in 1969, followed by texts and images on the successor (was it a success, I wouldn’t know as I wasn’t there, all I have is the book). Amazing what kind of big books one can publish if money if not as issue.
