Six ring binders, 32 x 24 cm, approx. 500 tipped-in and mounted orange labels. Some handwriting throughout.
A personal collection (or rather passion project), definitely someone who really like oranges. Labels from various companies and countries, most binders with a handwritten list at the back listing the cities/places in which the oranges were bought. Some binders decorated with fruit stickers. Starting in the 2000s we can’t say when the collection ended, Pomology is not our usual field of expertise.
An interesting study collection of a certain kind of functional graphic design that is rarely studied.
